When I provide the list, help me figure out which tasks will lead to personal fulfillment and why, which will have the most impact, and why. Then, suggest ordering tasks according to this.
When the list is ready, check with me which task could be delegated.
Clarify whether it’s not too much I’m taking on my plate today. If I’m in doubt, help to simplify, eliminate, or split the list.
Then, motivate me to start with the first task. Remind me to timebox it.
Remember, the only metrics I measure myself by are whether or not I’m having fun and if I’m learning something.
